Among them, the company introduced the Nubia Pad 3D. The product came from a partnership between ZTE and Leia. To those unaware, the latter is a 3D tech developer. Shortly after this announcement, Nubia revealed its first-ever 3D tablet – the Nubia Pad 3D. A few weeks passed since the announcement, and the company is finally here with more details regarding the pricing and pre-0rders.
Nubia Pad 3D key features and specs
We can say that the Nubia Pad 3D is an interesting bet at this point. After years of stagnation, Android tablets are finally becoming cool again. Nubia takes this good “momentum” to unveil an interesting product packed with innovative technology. The Nubia Pad 3D packs a large 12.5-inch IPS LCD screen with 2,560 x 1,600 pixels of resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The slate packs a proprietary DLB layer and Leia’s 3D Lightfield technology. Thanks to it, you can experience a 3D effect which is really interesting. The device comes with dual 8MP front cameras to track the movement of your head and deliver an immersive 3D effect.

Interestingly, the Nubia Pad 3D can also convert regular content into 3D. The device features two 16 MP cameras on the back to capture 3D photos and videos. Still, on the 3D side, the tablet also comes with Leia App Store. It brings a set of 3D games and 1200+ 3D educational apps. Under the hood, the Nubia Pad 3D carries the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 CPU. It’s an old CPU, but can easily handle the “naked-eye 3D effect”.
The tablet arrives in two storage settings – 128 GB and 256 GB. Interestingly, it also brings a micro SD Card slot for further storage expansion. Something that is rare among premium devices nowadays. The device comes with a huge 9,700 mAh battery that charges with 33W fast charging. Despite all the fanciness in the software, it’s good to see that it runs above an updated Android 13.
Pricing and Pre-Order details
Nubia disclosed the pre-order and pricing details for the 3D tablet. Starting today, those interested can pre-order the 3D tablet. It is available from the company’s official website. The official sales are set to start by April 11. The Nubia Pad 3D starts at $1199 / €1299 / £1149. Those who pre-order will get a $100 / €100 / £100 discount and a free charger. Right now, the device is available in multiple regions and countries. It includes Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
