A year ago, ZTE released a very high-end smartphone in the face of the Axon 30 Ultra Space Variant. It came with a very large 18GB+1TB memory. Today, the ZTE CEO posted several photos taken by the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Version. By the way, this is the first time the firm has talked about this handset.
As the previous Axon 30 Ultra Space Edition camera has a large memory, there is every reason to think that the new Axon 40 Ultra Space Version will also have identical features.

ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Version Features
As you guess, and as the name implies, the new phone will be based on the current Axon 40 Ultra. The hardware features will remain unchanged. But it should have a more stylish design. There is still no info concerning the design of this device. But we can assume that the phone will still come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series of chips. Also, the latter will work with a UFS 3.1 storage and an LPDDR5 memory. The battery of the Ultra variant is 5000mAh, and it supports 80W fast charging.
All the features mentioned above allow us to put the phone in the category of high-end smartphones. But the distinguishing spec of the device is the under-screen camera. The phone uses a new one-drive-one technology. It provides a pixel density of 400PPI while ensuring a full-screen brightness difference of less than 2%. The first-gen under-screen camera technology of the brand didn’t perform well. But this phone comes with many improvements. So we expect that the new variant will further enhance its self-made technology.
P.S. This will be a special phone, which pays tribute to Chinese astronauts. The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Version will carry the taikonaut (Chinese astronaut) logo on the back of the body.
