Comparisons against the titans of the industry like Samsung or Apple is a common feat of the chinese phone makers and Ulefone is not an exception to the rule. The long awaited and hyped Ulefone Vienna will enter the market in about two weeks so we shall see soon how it stands against the competition in real battle.
Things are looking pretty good for Ulefone Vienna, because evenĀ when compared with the undoubtely better Samsung S7 Edge camera theĀ PanasonicĀ MN34150 cameraĀ holds its own ground with honor. The lack of OIS is of course slightly hindering it, but considering the huge price gap between the phones its not as significant. Looking forward to real life tests in our own hands.
Gizchina News of the week
Ulefone ViennaĀ is currently available for 169.99$ on presale up until 12th April
Never realized just how important OIS is. But for the price, looks decent.
The camera looks good but I wonder if this is real.
I wish there was a way to get Ulefone to include support for Band 17 for LTE in USA. Their phones are awesome, but don’t work well in the USA
Until they sell here officially there’s little chance of it happening.
Yes, China’s mobile phone sales in the United States should be small, so ulefone not do this band, or almost impossible to do.
“Let’s put a case around the other one, so ours will look thinner and more compact”.

Good camera performance, good color, ulefone will continue to optimize, such as when shooting video jitter. Samsung S7 is a two-pixel camera, at present, almost no competitors.
very impressive! but Ulefone Vienna looks similar as the other famous models they launched before.
Marketing, marketing. I’ll rather wait for some reviews before believing in what they claim in there own materials.
beauty and the beast !
I’m getting the following security warning on all GizChina pages today. Anyone else as well?

“Samsung take steady videos, while Vienna truly reflects the photographer movements…”
Oh you big bad ass Samsung! Trying to hide the photography real movements? Thankfully we have the Vienna to show us the truth.
The Ulefone Vienna would look a lot nicer if the non-black ones had non-black fronts. I prefer white phones to black, but not if only the back is white. I want all white or nothing.
