The Chinese company Xiaomi has announced a new TV Stick 4K TV dongle running Android TV 11.0 operating system. Sales of new devices will begin in the near future, but the price has not yet been disclosed.
The device is made on a processor with four Cortex A35 computing cores and an Arm Mali-G31 MP2 graphics accelerator. The amount of RAM is 2 GB, the capacity of the built-in flash module is 8 GB.
The equipment includes adapters for wireless communication Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4 and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. There is an HDMI connector, while power is supplied via a Micro-USB connector.
The TV dongle provides support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS HD, and Chromecast. Users will be able to access the Google Play app store. Implemented compatibility with AV1, VP9, H.265, H.264, MPEG-2, MPEG-1 codecs. It is possible to reproduce materials in 4K format.
The package includes a Mi Voice Remote control with support for voice commands. Users will be able to access the intelligent voice assistant Google Assistant.
